Told you they looked gorgeous! My wonderful and completely selfless mom. She is truly a saint and a blessing to so so many people. My hilarious sister -- she keeps me organized, or tries to that is. I am going to try better this year to impress her with that. I love them both so much... just thought I would show them off! :-)

today is december 30, 2009. crazy.

I will be back to "normal" life in less than 5 days. BOO. I have survived an ENTIRE semester of teaching kindergarten! I have learned so much about 5 year olds, being a teacher, and about myself.

so the other night my mom and my sister wanted me to do their hair and make up... I did and OF COURSE they looked gorgeous. Anyway -- a little while after the makeover went down I accepted an invite to go out with some friends. I hurt my moms feelings by leaving which was unknown to me until the next morning. Tonight my mom referred to the night and said the following line which we both found pretty funny and laughed hard at... which I thoroughly love to do. ----- "DRESS ME UP LIKE A WHORE... THEN LEAVE ME." Laughing HARD is one of the greatest feelings in the world. Just ask Carrie - she knows. Charlotte peed her pants.

My mom and I FINALLY saw the movie Nine with my little brother. I swear he has seen it 5 times already. Can I say ridiculous and expensive. I thought the movie was good -- I enjoyed all of the songs, but Kate Hudsons was shockingly my favorite. Weird, I know.

Tomorrow night is New Year's Eve. Last year most of my champagne ended up on my dress and not in my mouth... I am a teacher now, that just CANNOT happen. ha. This year I will be in sharing a hotel room with approximately ten other people.... if you are jealous raise your hand! HA. We won't be in the room long so it should work out fine --- fingers crossed please!

I bought my niece a dress today -- she has to return it. Too low cut and tight in the boobs? She is 11 not 19! I have to get that through my head sooner than later! HA.

I woke up this morning to strange noises. Men talking and loud music INSIDE of the house. This did not come as a shock to me...ha ha but I did wonder who they were? OKAY OKAY so it was not so strange... So they were the people installing surround sound or a sound system or something in my parents living room. ha. Is it not strange though that they were here in the 8 oclock hour? Maybe it is just me.

It is Wednesday, December 23rd and I AM STILL NOT DONE CHRISTMAS SHOPPING! I love to shop it is just the motivation of getting myself showered and dressed and in my car that is the problem ha... once that is taken care of it is smooth sailing HA. I have to get all of the shopping done today... and then WRAPPING.

I am going to the Chipmunk Movie: The Squeakel or WHATEVER today with my mom, my sister, and six nieces and nephews. The movie should be cute - I know they sing "ALL THE SINGLE LADIES".... maybe I can join in on the singing. ha sad.

Supposedly my friends are all meeting up at Swanky's tonight to partake in some Live Trivisa action. For being a college graduate.. I don't really know how much knowledge I have.. which is sad. Maybe I can bring SOMETHING to the table. ha.

I have been waking up SUPER late which is going to kick me in the A come Jan 4th when I have to be at school before the sun rises... just kidding. But I do have to be there before 10:30 ready to teach the CHILDREN! ha!

I need the Christmas spirit! I woke up this morning and looked at certain things on facebook that I shouldn't but I still do. Oh when will I realize that I AM NOT IN CONTROL! Anyway it got me down.. and I don't wanna be down there. Hopefully someday soon.

OKAY -- GOING TO SHOWER, TO DRESS, GET IN THE CAR........... AND SHOP!!!!!!!!!!! THEN WRAP. UGH.

Ginna of GABBEYDESIGNS got me started. She is famous for her paper creations. I am already famous for my scarf creations and my future blogging abilities. HA HA.

I spend every day with 5-6 year olds and I LOVE it. They are THE funniest human beings in the world. For example.... "Let's fill in this sentence.... "My friends name is ____(blank)_____" "UMMMMM Miss. H, I don't have a friend name blank." Funny to me.. at the time. I tell this story too much probably. Makes me smile at least.
