It's the season...

What a busy few months! We have been having so much fun! The dawgs finished out their 10-2 season with a loss to those black bears up in Oxford. It was a sad loss but we have a lot to be proud of this season. We are excited to watch them in whatever bowl game they are in but let's just say mama is ready for... Basketball season! :-) #hailstate

A few pics from the last home game!

Mimi and JoeJoe love the dawgs too!

So do Nana and BB!

AND Mama and Daddy!

Thanksgiving break came and went way too fast but it was so much fun! We spent so much time with family! You love our family... Especially your cousins!

JoeJoe's annual thanksgiving bingo game! Next year mama will help you play!!!

Heinz loves his cousins!! We were missing a few!

A few more family snapshots in germantown!

We headed to Barksdale road when we left Germantown! Only got a few pics! Heinz loves when his great granddaddy holds him!
BB has the coolest toys!

Anna and I decided to make a float and have our classes in the Christmas parade! At moments I wondered what we were thinking but it ended up being such a fun and merry night!! Our kids had a blast --- so did we! We wouldn't have been able to do it without the help from brads parents and a few parents for our classes! Thank y'all again! Here are some pics from the parade!
Heinz got to ride in the truck with nana and bb during the parade! You were I. You're first Christmas parade before you were 9 months! :-)

Oh I forgot to mention --- this is Heinz post "dress up" with aunt and cousins!

You're on the move Heinz! No "real" crawling yet but you are definitely more mobile.... Rolling, reaching, etc! We are having a blast with you! Not sure how you got in the position ha but your sure do love playing on your quilt that great grandma gave you!

Your first Christmas meant that we finally needed to buy our first GOOD tree! :-) We have loved using all of our Christmas decorations this season! Mama loves Christmas and decorating so much! You haven't noticed the tree too much -- a blessing, I know!
Yesterday we got all dressed up in one if you 100000 adorable Christmas outfits and went to..... Dirt cheap! :-) You love riding in your stroller and looking at all of the people and STUFF! :-)

Well after we made our purchases --- we locked our keys in the car. AGAIN! This time it was daddy and you were not I the car! Improvement! Luckily the fire dept helped us out and sweet Breyana Ray let us sit in her car while they got haircuts! Come to find out the van has this intense anti theft system so it isn't the easiest thing to unlock.... Unlock the car. Put keys around neck ha. Unload car. Lesson learned. Hopefully.

Heinz was relieved to be on the way home! He actually had a blast in the car talking to our sweet friends.

Sweet snuggles with mama at uncle Brian's 30th birthday dinner!

Heinz loves anna and Santa!!!

Long update! Cheers to Christmas parties, family time, pretty lights, and awesome music! It's the season!

Xoxo,
Mama :-)

Mother of the year... Not! :-)

Well yesterday Heinz went to his first birthday party! Happy 1st Birthday to Maddux! Such a fun time celebrating a sweet one year old! Heinz was even giving out hugs and "kisses"!!!

After the party --- I buckled Heinz into his car seat, threw my stuff into the front seat, unlocked all of the doors or so I thought, closed both doors and walked around the car to the drivers door ------ and it was LOCKED!!! So was the passenger door on that side!!! So were both of the passenger doors on the other side!! The trunk? LOCKED!!! My keys? In the front seat. My phone? In the front seat? Heinz? Oh just strapped in his car seat INSIDE the car! Panic!!!! I run back into the party and borrow a phone. Brad, Anna, Monica, and Kayla are at our house watching the game so Anna gets the spare keys and flies to me! Thank God for cool temps, a sweet baby boy who played in his car seat and stared at his mama through the window, and a sweet man for talking to me while we waited. Mom of the year huh? Not.

Besides my big lock/unlock mistake we have been having a fun time cheering on the now ranked #4 bulldawgs (boo to a loss against bama)! Here are some sweet football season pics!
We love having Mimi and Jojo here with us to cheer on the dawgs!

Heinz's first Halloween was fun! We went to the MSU Halloween festival on the 30th and stayed home on the 31st. I made chicken tortilla soup. Jamie was in town for the game. We had maybe 8 trick-o-treaters!!
Heinz had a Halloween party with his class! Not sure how much partying they did but it was cute to see them in their costumes! :-)

My class had a fabulous Halloween party! Thank you Jenny Davis for planning such a fun and adorable party for my kiddos! They had a blast!

We are having such a fun time with our rosy-cheeked boy. He got his flu shot this past week -- he literally smiled when the nurse stuck him with the needle! He is a doll! He is almost 8 months old which I can't believe. Time flies when you're having fun!
Walter, Tony, and Melvin are moving :-(. They made my day by bringing me the sweetest card and some flowers! I lucky am I -- I got to teach all three of those sweet boys! I sure will miss them and their mama! We will be keeping in touch!
When this sweet boy behaves -- he gets to each lunch with his old Kindergarten teacher!!

Sweet snuggles with Daddy. This is one of Brad's favorite things... Mine too! :-)

We love you so much Heinz!

Go dawgs and hailstate!

Xoxo,
Mama :-)

Memphis. Doggie brother.

We visited Memphis for fall break. As always it was a busy, fun, and amazing three days. We love being with family and you love it to Heinz! You had a blast with your cousins, aunts, uncle, Mimi, and joe joe. We had yummy food, watched Mississippi State fight for and keep their #1 ranking, went to Curves, went to mass at OLPH, had a cookout with friends, and ate a yummy mimosa filled lunch at germantown CC.-- no mimosas for Heinz, of course ;-). I was bad about taking pictures but I snagged a few!
Mimi was singing to you in the car. You loved hearing her voice and having her rub your sweet cheeks! We love you Mimi!
Kroger run with mama, Mimi, and Bennett! Look at those two big boys!
Heinz loves Curves Germantown!
What a lucky boy Heinz is to have this beautiful, sweet, and funny girl as his godmother/cousin! We love you maddie!

Heinz and Mullen BFF for life! You life Mullen and Mullen loves you! I can't wait to see this relationship evolve! :-)
Mimi bought you some stacking cups on our routine target run! You love them!

We are getting ready for your first Halloween and a home game vs Arkansas. Here's to our guest cool/cold weather game! Let's go dawgs!

Xoxo,

Mama :-)
