During the meeting, while he sat in his stroller in his cute outfit --- he popped like crazy. All over his outfit! One of his first poop blow outs in public --- handled it like a champ ;-).
Brad is all about giving Heinz his baths and I am so happy with that. I get nervous --tiny little slippery baby body... I am a okay with bath time being a daddy/Heinz thing for now! Ha
Here is some bath documentation though!!
Here is his after bath relaxing pic... It was the sweetest thing! Just laid there and fell asleep. Sweet sweet boy! He loves the shadows and the fan on the ceiling! :-)
Heinz was 6 weeks old last Friday! My sweet boy is still a little thing but he is gaining slowly but surely. He has started to have a little bit of formula (hard for mama to handle but I am getting there) after every time he nurses. Seems to be making him a stronger nurses --- fingers crossed that this will all work out (the way I hope it does) but I am remembering to have an open heart and mind that God is in control and breast milk or formula... Heinz has to eat! :-) Okay done venting... ;-)
Here's our boy at 6 weeks... So sweet.
On Saturday we went to the market street festival in Columbus. The weather was beautiful. Heinz did a wonderful job riding around (asleep) in his stroller! I didn't plan on buying anything... But we did. I got a scentsy night light for the bathroom -- my mom has one and I have been wanting one for a while! I love it! We also found a painting for our kitchen -- it's so random really but we love it and it looks great hanging in our kitchen. It will look even better once we get a different kitchen table one day! :-)
The peacock painting! :-)
We also got to see brads family this weekend. I only snagged one picture. Heinz and one of his sweet great grandmothers. They love each other so much already. Makes my heart happy!
Monday was Cinco de Mayo, my 6 weeks appt, and my mom (Mimi) was stopping through town on her way back from mobile! Heinz got all dressed up for the occasion -- we went to the dr and to Mexican (we had to celebrate) before Mimi had to head back to germantown. We loved seeing her and we will see her again this weekend --- heading to Memphis!
On that note... Off to sleep!
Xoxo,
Liz :-)
